1) Can I see the artwork before it gets printed?
Yes, you'll get to preview your artwork and request any changes before printing. Please make sure to check your email.
In case you don’t see your proof in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder as well.

2) What if my photo is in black and white?
If your photo is a black and white image we will naturally change the background, to match photo.

3) What are the shipping times and prices?
Expect your artwork to be ready 1-2 days after you placed your order. We'll print and ship your order within 1-5 days of you approving your artwork.

Shipping prices are a flat rate per order:

USA & UK: 5 to 9 working days
AUS,CA & Europe: 5 to 15 working days
Rest of the World: 7 to 21 working days

USA,CA,AUS,UK & Europe: $6(Flat rate)
Rest of world: $11(Flat rate)

4) Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, all physical orders are shipped with tracking. You'll receive the tracking number, as well as delivery updates, via email and/or text.

5) How do you produce your artwork?
I use adobe illustrator/photoshop with a range of proprietary photo editing techniques, photo re-touching as well as a number of complex brush strokes.
